The Andover Police Department will be conducting a Police Officer Entrance Examination on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Candidates must be 21–32 years old at the time of hiring, possess an active driver's license, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Eligibility for a License to Carry (LTC) is required, along with successful completion of a thorough background investigation, command panel interview, HRD medical evaluation, physical ability test, and psychological evaluation.
